Doing Subject To deals can be a great way to acquire real estate. A real problem some investors make is they chose to do Subject To deals without doing a title search before signing on the dotted line. If you think you are saving money by not getting a title search and Title Insurance when you take over a Subject To property, you could be taking on a problem that could cost you thousands of dollars because you are trying to save a few bucks.
